Labels suck and we think the world would be a better place if everyone painted their nails. As far as we’re concerned, there’s not enough nail polish brands for gender inclusivity or really, inclusivity as a whole. 

As two people who enjoy expressing themselves through nail polish, we wanted to create a brand that celebrates everyone's differences and does all it can to lend a hand.

A little about offbeat club members 1 & 2.

Emilio and Shaman have been pals for a while. So much so, they practically share a brain cell.

But why nail polish?

We really wish there was some amazing origin story but to be honest, we just like painting our nails and thought…”why isn’t everyone doing this?” 

The more we explored it, it became less about, "why isn't everyone doing this" and more, "what can we do to include everyone?"

Why offbeat?

We decided on the name offbeat as a statement. We’re a little different from the ordinary. You don’t have to be to join the club but either way, you’re welcome here.

We wanted to create something that not only looks great on you but feels good to support.

What’s so good about this polish?

As a vegan founded brand, we firmly believe in ethical ingredients. 

Offbeat is vegan, cruelty free and made from plant based ingredients. It’s also 10-free so you’ll be avoiding gross ingredients the big manufacturers include in their nail polishes. 

Our polishes are water permeable which is great for nail health. Incidentally, this makes our polishes Halal. The more people who can enjoy it, the better!

We work with an Australian manufacturer to ensure we're able to collaborate closely across each step of manufacturing. This means more colours of a high quality sooner.
